How to wear the full harness
At first glance, it looks intricate. Once you understand the hooks and loops, it becomes yours to build.
Steps:
1. Step into the leg straps and pull up to the waist.
2. Fasten the waist hook at the back.
3. Fasten the choker at the back of the neck.
4. Adjust the elastics for a close, comfortable fit.

The harness should feel secure, but not restrictive. Take your time adjusting the straps until the piece sits smoothly against your body.
How to add or remove straps
The removable straps are what make the harness multi-way.
1. Choose your loop placement.
2. Thread the swan hook through the metal loop.
3. Bring the hook back towards its stitched loop.
4. Hook closed onto the stitched back loop.
Each strap can be moved, removed or re-attached to change the shape of the harness. This allows you to shift the piece from full body harness to waist harness, choker, belt or layered accessory.
