Where we ship
We ship to the UK and most countries worldwide.
We don’t currently ship to EU countries, including Ireland. New EU product-safety and customs rules make it unworkable for a small British studio for now. We hope that changes.
Rates
- UK: £8 via Royal Mail. Free on orders over £80.
- International: £20. Free on orders over £350.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch
Made-to-order pieces dispatch within 7 days, depending on the style. We’ll email to confirm when to expect your order and keep you updated until it’s on its way. We’ll always aim to meet stated dates, but can’t be responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
Duties and taxes
US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid): we pay all import duties and taxes upfront, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Other international orders may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. These are set by local customs, aren’t included in our prices, and are the customer’s responsibility. Your local customs office can advise before you order.
If a parcel is refused and returned to us, return shipping and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund. If an order needs to be re-shipped, the re-shipping cost is the customer’s.
Delivery address
We’re happy to deliver to an address different from your billing address. Please check it carefully — addresses can’t be changed once an order is dispatched, and we can’t be responsible for parcels lost to an incorrect address.
Packaging
Your order arrives in a recyclable paper envelope, wrapped in acid-free tissue, inside a cotton dust bag, sealed with our label. No bulky boxes. No plastic. Choose the gift option at checkout and it comes in a magnetic gift box with tissue and a bow.
